Lymo 126 for 6, Pylewell 73 for 9
Lymington were invited to bat first and made steady progress adding 38 runs for the first wicket inside 6 overs. The basis of a competitive Lymington total was built around J Gossage (39*) and O Wiltshire also (39*). All the Pylewell bowlers stuck to their task and claimed 9 Lymington wickets.
Lymington had M Truell well caught by N Elliot off Lindsay-Wood in the first over, and from that point never looked back. N Elliot had the Pylewell batsman mesmerised with his mixture of leg spin and off spin bowling claiming 4 for 8 from his allotted 4 overs. Lymington also claimed 9 Pylewell wickets but could not remove the last pair, therefore winning by the huge margin of 53 runs and adding a further 19 points towards there pursuit of the league title.
