Just nine days after Lymington's mens side lifted the NFCCA President's Cup at Langley Manor, the club's stars of the future more than emulated their seniors on the same ground by romping to a massive 57 run win over Totton & Eling in the New Forest Under 13 cup final. Report and photos...

Louis with the Trophy
Lymington's colts put out the challenge to their parents for a game of cricket. Although the weather was wet the sun did eventually shine through and a short game of cricket was played.
The boys put the parents into bat first and with alot of laughter and fun the adults began to score runs. Out of 12 batsmen the colts only managed to get 3 out with 7 retiring on a grand total of 10 and 2 not out. Top score for the adults L Moors (11).
The parents then came onto the field and with some rusty arms and wayward bowling they got 4 out, with 5 retired and 2 not out. Top scoring for the colts C Moors (10) and A Drodge (10).
Awards for most competitive parent went to T Quigley and most 'chirping' on the pitch went to J Quigley.
A fun night of cricket.
