Another Rookie Contract for Aaron

Lymington's 2002 overseas player Aaron Heal has been offered another rookie contract with Western Australia. But, having made his First Class debut against Tasmania in January and played an important role in the Western Warriors' ING Cup success, Aaron was disappointed not to have been rewarded with a full contract. However, the left arm spinner who has spent the last two months at the WACA Academy is hopeful that he'll be selected for the first State one-dayer which will automatically upgrade him to full contract status. Ex-Bashley and Bournemouth players Luke Ronchi and Adam Voges have both been awarded full contracts by Western Australia.
Aaron

Aaron is confident that brighter times are just around the corner for his club side Rockinghanm Mandurah. The perennial basement dwellers of Perth Grade cricket have appointed the highly-rated Paul Wilson as their coach so, as Aaron puts it: "We've no excuse for being rubbish this year" (or words to that effect!).

The popular Aussie also wished Lymington luck ahead of Saturday's top of the table clash at Alton. "I hope the team stays top of the ladder and doesn't choke it again like we did in 2002" he added.
