On Sunday the mop-topped man from Singleton, New South Wales, made 130 for Lady Mary Mumford's XI against the Sussex Martlets at the beauitiful Arundel Castle ground. Team-mate John Stephenson, the former Hampshire captain, was highly complimentary of Karl's innings . . . not least the way he managed to devour a huge meal despite being just four runs short of a maiden English century at lunch!
Karl completed a memorable weekend by tonking 102 not out against Burley on Monday night at the Sports Ground to help Lymo book a semi-final place in the Presidents Cup. |
